Enrichment Course in Public Speaking/Debate
Saturday – March 5th from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Students Grades 4, 5, 6
In our academic program, our young scholars experiment with developing confidence and a presence on the stage or organizing and presenting a convincing argument based on evidence. In the Debate workshop, participants will learn to argue their points of view, incorporate evidence, and study techniques that will make them great debaters. They will review the structure and organization of a debate, select topics, and prepare arguments to present to an audience of parents.
Registration for this program is open to students (Grades 4, 5, 6) who attend public and private schools in our area. To complete the online registration form for the Enrichment Course in Public Speaking and Debate, click here.
