Sherronda L. Brown is a seasoned educational leader with over two decades of experience in both K-12 and higher education, spanning enrollment management, academic programming, and institutional advancement. Currently serving as Director of D-E 360° at Dwight-Englewood School, she has developed this initiative into a dynamic hub for experiential learning and innovation, delivering mission-aligned programming for students from preschool through grade 12.

Pick-Up Location: Lower School Dining Room

Streamlined Pick-Up Times:

K-Grade 5 pick-up times:

3:50-4:00 – After snack and our recreation time
4:50-5:00 – After our first class
6:00-6:15 – After our final class

Preschool pick-up times:

3:15-3:30 – Before our first class begins
4:00-4:30 – After our first class
5:15-6:00 – After our second class

Pick-Up Process: Please stop at the Security Gate and give your SchoolPass PIN to notify an ACE Team Member of your arrival. We will have your child in the Dining Room immediately after their class. (No more waiting outside!) You will go to the desk and sign out with one of our friendly ACE Team Members! 

Late Pick-Up Fees: Final pick-up time is 6:00 PM for Preschool 3Y-4Y, and 6:15 PM for Kindergarten – Grade 5. There is a substantial late fee ($5 per minute) for those parents/guardians arriving late. If a child is repeatedly picked up late, they will no longer be able to participate in the AfterSchool Program.

ACE runs for three seasons:

Term 1 – Fall (September – December Break)

Term 2 – Winter (January – March Break)

Term 3 – Spring (April – June Break)

Occasionally, we host Discovery Days, which are off-campus field trips on Professional Development Days. Parents will be notified for registration of Discovery Days, spaces are limited.

D-E 360 ACE is designed to support Lower School families with high-quality after-school care and enrichment beyond the traditional academic day. Serving students in Preschool through Grade 5, ACE provides a safe, structured, and engaging environment from dismissal until 6:00/6:15 PM.*

What’s Included in Base ACE Enrollment
All ACE enrollments include:

• Daily snack
• Supervised Clubhouse activities
• Homework Club (age-appropriate academic support)
• Structured indoor and outdoor play

Our pricing model is flexible and designed to meet a range of family schedules. Programs are billed by term (Fall, Winter, Spring).

Full-Term Enrollment (Most Popular Option)
Families who enroll in ACE five days per week (Monday–Friday) prior to the start of a term receive our most cost-effective rate: $3,500 per term

• Care from dismissal until 6:00 PM (Preschool)/6:15 PM (Grades K-5)*
• Equivalent to approximately $70 per day depending on the school calendar

This option offers predictable scheduling and the best overall value for families who need consistent daily care.

Flexible & Drop-In Options
Families who need care on selected days may register for specific weekdays or use ACE on a drop-in basis.

• $77 per day (Drop-In Rate)

This option provides flexibility for families whose schedules vary week to week.

Premium Enrichment Classes
In addition to base ACE care, students may enroll in premium enrichment classes such as Chess, STEAM, or Private Music Lessons. These classes typically meet one to two times per week and include access to the ACE Clubhouse for the remainder of the afternoon.
