AfterCare & Enrichment Overview (ACE)

All ACE AfterSchool Offerings | Preschool – Grade 5

We pride ourselves on providing fun and engaging ways to enrich our students. See all of Spring 2024 Offerings via the button below.

Click the link to access the ACE Spring Schedules by grade. We’re excited by the offerings in areas like sports, the arts, STEM, and chess as we look to continue building our exceptional community after school.  ACE Term 3 begins March 25 for all grades and runs through June 7.  Note that private music lessons after school for Lower School students who are not yet enrolled are available for April – June. Families should register through the D-E 360° portal. See letter from Paul Tines, Dean of Performing Arts for more information

Participation in ACE requires registration through CampBrain.  Many Lower School students will stay after school multiple days per week to take advantage of all that is offered. To add days for the Spring Term, simply select the day of the week for the classes you’re interested in. For families whose children were enrolled in ACE or Winter 2023, we will carry enrollment over automatically to Spring unless otherwise contacted by parents/guardians. Please email our Operations Team at de360info@d-e.org with specific changes you may have.

For families new to ACE for Spring 2024, we have an array of classes and wish to ensure that we understand your priorities with your registration.  As a way to encourage students to be explorative, all children enrolled for specific days of the week may participate in the classes being offered. However, the specialty classes with ongoing skills building and projects require a steady commitment. Click here to find checklists for the daily class selections and please let us know your preferences. Our ACE Team will coordinate schedules accordingly.
